Baril Waine African Mission 2012

How does Clean Care work?

First, at no cost to you, a Clean Care Inc. analyst will conduct an on-site survey, including an interview to determine the individual needs unique to your building. Then, after careful consideration is given to your specific usage and scheduling, we will provide you a copy of the completed "Clean Care Analysis".

This evaluation form will clearly identify your special needs as well as provide you with an estimate of the cost to implement a "Clean Care" maintenance program that covers all your requirements.

With your decision for Clean Care, our bonded, highly trained staff will take over all of your custodial duties, performing them efficiently, professionally and on schedule.

Our unique program will result in properly cleaned buildings at lower costs. Our custodians are trained in the conservation and proper application of cleaning chemicals, and all facilities are cleaned according to our rigorous Clean Care guidelines.

Our expertise will result in fewer hassles and better control for you.

Our management relieves you of the administrative, supervisory and disciplinary responsibilities involved in directing in-house efforts. Quality control is assured by our diligent operations department, which continuously monitors our job sites, and, if you should bring a problem to our attention, it is handled immediately.  Service excellence is guaranteed!

The Problem with Dirt...

If all the dust and soil in the air of an average city in one year fell at once, it would bury us with up to 21 feet of dirt. Fortunately, it doesn’t all fall at once or we would be talking about bulldozers instead of dust mops.

Any good battlefield general will advise that knowledge of the enemy is essential, and dirt is the enemy. It comes in many sizes, shapes, materials, weights and configurations. Simple categorization is impossible; even yesterday’s allies (like floor wax) become today’s foes when you wish to remove them.

The last factor is cleanliness -- actual freedom from soil. The appearance of edges and corners have a dominant effect on overall floor appearance. We have often heard the advice: worry about the edges and corners; the center of the floor will take care of itself.  Very true!

Please call David Waine at 604-836-9523 to have a Clean Care Inc. analyst conduct an on-site survey, including an interview to determine the individual needs of your building and grounds.

Best Regards
